Juergen Helmle is Business Development Manager at Nova Intelligence, where he brings three decades of SAP leadership to Nova's mission of accelerating SAP custom code modernization and S/4HANA transformation through agentic AI. Based in Zug, Switzerland, Juergen leads business development across the DACH region and broader European market.
Juergen spent 30 years at SAP in roles spanning logistics consulting, supply chain leadership, cloud sales, and product ownership. Most notably, he served as Chief Product Owner for S/4HANA Manufacturing from 2014 to 2019, where he led the build-out of SAP's next-generation manufacturing solution—giving him uniquely deep insight into the architectural foundations Nova's customers are now modernizing. Earlier, as Vice President of Cloud Sales (2005–2013), he was responsible across EMEA for mySAP ERP and subsequently SAP Business ByDesign. From 1995 to 2004, he was Vice President of Supply Chain at SAP USA, based in Chicago, where he established SAP America's Automotive practice across Chicago and Detroit. He began his SAP career in 1990 as an R/2 and R/3 logistics consultant rolling out manufacturing solutions in the automotive and chemical industries.
Since leaving SAP, Juergen has built an advisory practice focused on SAP logistics implementations in manufacturing. He is the founder and CEO of JHCCH GmbH (since 2020), advising on SAP logistics solutions in the manufacturing sector, and concurrently serves as Business Development Director at LeverX Schweiz, the Swiss arm of the global SAP services firm. He is based in Zug, Switzerland.
