1) We move fast. Sales tasks turn around same-day. Engineering uses Claude Code as leverage. We don't batch, we don't wait.

2) We make our own leverage. We focus on 3x bets and time-box marginal work. We'd rather take a big swing and miss than ship a safe incremental win.

01 Engineering
Flat, fast, and direct to product. Every line of code you ship powers systems that move billions of dollars in transactions — there's no layer of abstraction between your work and the customer. You'll need craft excellence and creativity to meet that bar. Half the team is remote in Europe (our deep SAP expertise), and the other half is split between our San Francisco and New York offices in-person. You thrive in long focused days, love shipping, and collaborate naturally across time zones.
02 Customer Engineers
You're a nerd about SAP and energized by customers. You'll own demos, partner closely with sales, and build features directly when a customer asks — the loop between conversation and shipped code is hours, not quarters. Your job is to be the trusted technical partner on some of the most critical SAP systems in the world, and to make sure every customer is set up to win with Nova.
03 Sales
Small team, oversized ambition — on purpose. You'll carry more accounts, at higher complexity, than anywhere you've been before, navigating deep SAP terminology and multi-stakeholder deployment processes from day one. SAP contracts are massive — the smallest start in the mid-six figures and go up from there. It's the best place to learn enterprise sales by doing it, not watching it.

We're extremely kind, and extremely ambitious. Most of our team are nerds about a subject that quietly powers the world, and it shows: some are learning discrete math in their free time, others blog about the industry, and the rest are out surfing or skiing between deep work sessions. What they share is a love of untangling hard systems and the willingness to work late into the night on problems they actually care about.

Half of our team is remote by design, so hours can be unusual, but they come with the upside of working shoulder-to-shoulder with customers wherever they are: Zurich, Munich, Madrid, Mexico City, San Francisco, New York. The rest works in person in New York. More than half the team speaks two or more languages, which turns out to be exactly what it takes to serve the global enterprises we work with.
