Justin's executive career is marked by transformational leadership at some of the world's most complex organizations. As Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Cargill—the largest privately held corporation in the United States—he led the global IT function across a $135 billion portfolio encompassing agriculture, food manufacturing, commodity trading, and financial services. During his nearly decade-long tenure at Cargill, he launched the company's digital labs and served as an executive leader on its digital innovation accelerator board, EDGE, driving cutting-edge technological advancement across the enterprise.
Prior to Cargill, Justin served as Senior Vice President and CIO of Eaton Corporation's $9 billion Industrial Sector, where he orchestrated information technology strategy, business process optimization, and manufacturing excellence across more than 200 operations worldwide, managing over $150 million in annual direct costs and leading a workforce of 500+ professionals.
His career foundation includes a decade at W.L. Gore and Associates—makers of Gore-Tex—where he served as CIO while simultaneously driving business development for Gore Bike Wear and high-performance computing markets. He began his career at General Electric's Military and Data Systems Division, developing critical national security systems and solutions.
Justin currently serves as Partner and C-Suite Advisory Lead at Symmetrio, where he guides strategy and builds high-performance teams for organizations ranging from multinational corporations to startups across diverse industries.
